Dry and frozen container cargo takes about two weeks from the departure date (local port conditions may add roughly 3–7 days). Air cargo closes every Wednesday at 2 PM and is delivered locally on Thursday morning.

If you need a Korean export declaration, send us your export permit and we will handle the shipment; shipping costs are charged separately. If an export permit cannot be issued, we will need a packing list and your business registration, and a customs-broker export-permit fee plus the shipping fee will apply separately.

Storage is free for the first week after your cargo arrives in the Philippines. After that, storage is charged per pallet at ₱50 per day for regular cargo and ₱100 per day for frozen cargo.

For air freight, we apply whichever is greater: the actual weight or the volumetric weight, calculated as Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6,000. For sea LCL, we compare the actual weight basis against the CBM basis (Length × Width × Height ÷ 1,000,000) for each box and apply whichever is higher.

We are currently arranging a cargo insurance program and will announce the details on this page once it is finalized. For now, claims are handled case by case, based on the item check made before booking and on photos of the unopened package together with a signed delivery confirmation.

Automatic KakaoTalk notifications are currently in development. Until then, you can check the current stage of your shipment, including customs clearance, at any time using the tracking search on this page.

You can drop everything off at our warehouse in one go. The voyages, however, are separate: frozen and dry cargo are each assigned to the container and voyage that suits the goods, and their cutoff dates differ, so please check them separately.

Yes, we accept small shipments under 1 CBM as LCL cargo. Individual shippers use the same tracking system as corporate clients, with only a minimum charge applied per voyage.

We charge no separate agency fee beyond the product price, domestic shipping, and international shipping costs. Please note that if a return or exchange occurs, round-trip domestic courier fees are the customer's responsibility.
