Your customer code is the part after the dash in your tracking number (e.g. DRY23-C002). You must also enter the last 4 digits of your registered phone number.
Network
Manila operates dry weekly and frozen biweekly; Cebu runs a dry direct sailing once a month. From local unloading through inland delivery, our own partner network takes it the rest of the way.

Automatic KakaoTalk notifications for each step are currently in development. Once live, delays will include the reason and the expected resolution time.
Inspected on arrival at our Gimpo logistics center, then issued a shipper code and assigned to a voyage.
Container loading and shipping documents are finalized. A copy of the Bill of Lading is sent once loaded.
Our partner customs broker handles import/export clearance, updating status at each stage.

FAQ
For air freight, we apply whichever is greater: the actual weight or the volumetric weight, calculated as Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6,000. For sea LCL, we compare the actual weight basis against the CBM basis (Length × Width × Height ÷ 1,000,000) for each box and apply whichever is higher.
Flammable liquids/gases, standalone lithium batteries, pharmaceuticals, alcohol, and processed meat products cannot be shipped by air. For sea freight, some items require prior approval from Philippine Customs, so please confirm your items with us before booking.
Compensation is provided based on the declared value, within the limits of our cargo liability insurance. For high-value items, we recommend purchasing separate cargo insurance. Claims require photos of the unopened package and a signed delivery confirmation.
Automatic KakaoTalk notifications are currently in development. Until then, you can check the current stage of your shipment, including customs clearance, at any time using the tracking search on this page.
Yes. They travel in separate containers but are grouped under the same voyage and managed with a single tracking number. Note that frozen container deadlines can close earlier, so please check each cutoff date separately.
Yes, we accept small shipments under 1 CBM as LCL cargo. Individual shippers use the same tracking system as corporate clients, with only a minimum charge applied per voyage.
We charge no separate agency fee beyond the product price, domestic shipping, and international shipping costs. Please note that if a return or exchange occurs, round-trip domestic courier fees are the customer's responsibility.
